Manuel Antonio --- the primier destination in Costa Rica for beach lovers, naturalists, jungle wanderers, lovers of nightlife, and those who want to just relax and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets in the world. Home to spectacular restaurants and many fine hotels, some costly.
But you can pamper yourself at a fraction of the cost of a hotel. Our beautiful home is rented on a weekly basis. Everything is modern, right down to the dish-TV. We have a wonderful pool, with infinity edge, overlooking a breathtaking view of the ocean. There are two bedrooms and the house sleeps four people. It is professionally managed, daily maid service, and you would be greeted at the airport and shown around.
The house is located off the main road, a short walk from the town of Quepos in an exclusive neighborhood -- seven miles from the airport and a mile from the famous Manuel Antonio National Park and some of the most pristene beaches in the world.

Rental is generally by the week, but, if available, house can be rented on a daily basis, with a 3-day minimum rental. Check-in at 3:00 p.m. and check-out at noon.
January, February, March, April & December: $2,500 per week (or $420 per day)
May and November: $1,700 per week (or $290 per day)
November 17 - December 22: $1,500/wk or $270/day
June through October: $1,300 per week (or $220 per day)
Weeks where December 25th, January 1st and Easter occur $3,500 per week (no daily)
Price includes daily maid service. Cook available at reasonable rate. Washer/Dryer on premises, but laundry service is available if you would like the maid to do it, also very reasonable rate.
Maximum occupancy is eight persons. |
Please try to reserve in as far in advance as possible. Payment is to be made by check or money order. A non-refundable $750 deposit plus a security deposit of $500 must accompany all reservations and payment in full is due no later than sixty (60) days prior to arrival. The security deposit will be returned within one week after departure, less any costs of damage.
The pool and property are used at your own risk with no liability on the part of the home owner.
Late check out is discouraged because we have to ready the house for the next guests, thus, there is a $100/hour late check out fee.
