Punta Marenco Lodge, is located in the north part of the the Corcovado National Park area near Drake Bay and surrounded by the Punta Rio Claro National Wildlife Refuge; Punta Marenco Lodge encompasses 1700 acres of land with one mile of private beach. We offer tours to nearby attractions such as Caņo Island, Corcovado National Park and our own private Punta Rio Claro National Wildlife Refuge (declared by the president of Costa Rica as an important area for the protection of species in danger of extinction such as the Scarlet Macaw, Squirrel monkey, Howler Monkey, Dantas, Jaguar, Humpback Whale as well as many other species of mammals, birds and sea life.). Watch White Face Monkeys playing around your cabin and musical Scarlet Macaws flying overhead. Punta Marenco Lodge is always the highlight of any visit to Costa Rica, where you can avoid crowded public beaches, and see what makes Costa Rica a truly memorable destination. By visiting us you are helping us to maintain and protect beautiful Punta Rio Claro National Wildlife Refuge from deforestation and destruction.
